USER AGREEMENT

1. Parties

This Agreement is concluded between the service provider whose details are listed below and the user who visits, uses, creates an account on, posts listings on, or otherwise benefits from the Site services.

2. Definitions

In this Agreement;

• Herelden or Site: the digital classifieds platform located at www.herelden.com and all related subdomains,
• Management: Malikzade Trading LTD., which operates and manages the Site,
• User: the natural or legal person using the Site,
• Account: the membership account created by the User,
• Listing: the product or service offer published by the User,
• Services: all functions provided by the platform.

3. Subject and Scope

1. This Agreement regulates the terms of using the Site.
2. Everyone using the Site accepts these terms.
3. The Site is only a classifieds platform.
4. The Site is not a party to transactions between users.

4. Changes

Management may update this Agreement at any time. The updated text becomes effective as soon as it is published.

5. Membership and Security

• Providing accurate information is mandatory.
• Account security is the responsibility of the user.
• Fake accounts are prohibited.

6. Listing Rules

User:

• Must provide accurate information.
• Must share content compliant with the law.

Prohibited:

• Fraud
• Fake products
• Rights violations
• Illegal content

Management may remove listings.

7. Content Rights

The user owns the content, but the platform has rights to use it.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• System manipulation
• Data copying
• Security breach

In case of violation, the account is closed.

9. Paid Services

• Paid features may be offered.
• They are activated after payment.
• Refunds may not be provided.

10. Payment

Payments are in TRY.

No refunds are made except where legally required.

11. Messaging

It should only be used for listing purposes.

Spam is prohibited.

12. Personal Data

Data is processed for service provision and security.

Details are in the privacy policy.

13. Intellectual Property

All system rights belong to Management.

14. Limitation of Liability

1. The Site is not a party to transactions.
2. No product/service guarantee is given.
3. The user conducts their own due diligence.
4. Management is not responsible for disputes.
5. Uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.
6. Liability is limited to the fee paid.
7. The user is fully responsible for their own actions.
8. Management makes reasonable efforts to remove unlawful content when detected; there is no prior control obligation.
9. All responsibility arising from content belongs to the User.
10. Management is not responsible for third-party actions such as fraud.
11. The user acknowledges that they use the Site at their own risk.

15. Account Closure

Management may suspend or close the account.

16. Force Majeure

There is no liability in cases beyond control.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

1. TRNC legislation applies.
2. TRNC courts have jurisdiction in disputes.
3. This agreement is prepared in compliance with TRNC e-commerce and related legislation.

18. Entry into Force

It enters into force upon use of the Site.
