Rules

1. General Information

1. Publishing listings on Herelden is subject to the provisions of the User Agreement.
2. In case of rule violations or many complaints, listings and user accounts may be suspended or permanently closed.
3. Even if paid services are applied, all listings must comply with these rules. Paid listings may also be removed in case of violations.
4. All users must review these rules before posting listings.

2. Listing Publication

1. The user's active listing count cannot exceed the defined free limits.
2. A listing remains published for 30 days. At the end of this period, it is moved to the “Expired” section.
3. Listings must not be duplicates.
4. An active listing cannot be transformed into a different product or service.
5. Management may review listings later and, if necessary, edit or remove them.
6. Duplicate listings are deleted.
7. Paid services only increase visibility.

3. Contact Information

1. Users must enter correct information belonging to themselves.
2. Only one account is allowed per user.
3. Transferring an account or allowing others to use it is prohibited.
4. Phone number must be entered only in the relevant field.
5. Contact information belonging to another person cannot be used.

4. Listing Editing

1. Listings can only be changed via the “Edit” feature.
2. Editing does not boost the listing.
3. Changing the product during editing is prohibited.
4. Listings may be removed after edits that do not comply with the rules.

5. Duplicate Listings

The following cases are considered duplicate listings:

• Same or similar content
• Deleted and re-added listings
• Re-posting the same listing while it is already active

Duplicate listings are deleted and the account may be restricted.

6. Multiple Accounts

1. Each user may open only one account.
2. If multiple accounts are detected, they may be closed.
3. Account transfer and sharing are prohibited.

7. Wrong Category

1. Listings must be published in the correct category.
2. Using the wrong category may cause the listing to be deleted.
3. Management reserves the right to change the category.

8. Title Rules

Title:

• Must be short and clear
• Must accurately reflect the product/service

Prohibited:

• Uppercase spam
• Contact information
• Unnecessary symbols
• Keyword spam

9. Price and Exchange

1. Price must be realistic.
2. Misleading pricing is prohibited.
3. Free products must be clearly stated.
4. Exchange details must be included in the description.

10. Description

1. Must be for a single product/service.
2. Description must be accurate and clear.
3. Contact information cannot be written in the description.
4. Competitor website links are prohibited.
5. Misleading information is prohibited.

11. Photos

1. Must be real and high quality.
2. Must not contain logos from other platforms.
3. Must not include contact information.
4. Must match the product.
5. Stock images may not be accepted.

12. Blacklist

1. Disrespectful behavior is grounds for blocking.
2. Repeated violations may result in a permanent ban.
3. Opening new accounts to bypass the system is prohibited.

13. Stores and Companies

1. All rules apply.
2. A package may be required.
3. Only listings suitable for the field of activity may be posted.
4. No refund is made in case of violation.

14. Technical Support

When contacting support, the listing number must be specified.

15. Prohibited Products and Services

The following are prohibited:

• Illegal products
• Obscene content
• Fraud
• General advertisement listings
• Easy-money promises
• Unauthorized trademark use

Final Provisions

1. Rule violations may cause listing deletion.
2. The account may be suspended or closed.
3. Paid listings may also be removed.
4. Payments are non-refundable.
5. Management reserves the right to change the rules.
