1. Why wasn't my listing published?

Your listing may not have been published because it did not comply with listing rules.

The detailed reason is sent to the email address you used while creating the listing.

You can also check the status in: Personal Account > My Listings > Unpublished

2. How can I edit a listing?

From My Listings:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to the “My Listings” page
  3. Select “Published” or “Pending”
  4. Click the Edit button
  5. Make changes and click “Update Listing”

Note:

  • Edited listings are sent for review again
  • Review usually takes a few minutes (up to 2 hours)
  • You can edit at most 2 times within 24 hours

3. How do I add a listing?

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click the “New Listing” button
  3. Fill in the details
  4. Click “Add Listing”

Your listing is sent for review and published shortly.

4. How do I delete a listing?

From My Listings:

  • Select the listing and click the “Delete Listing” button

From the listing page:

  • Open the listing and click the “Delete Listing” button

5. How can I find my listing number?

  • It is sent by email when you create a listing
  • It is visible on the listing page
  • It is available under Personal Account > My Listings

6. How can I restore a listing?

  • Using the link sent to your email
  • Or from Personal Account > My Listings > Expired

Listings can be restored within 30 days.

7. How do I log in to my account?

  1. Click the login button
  2. Enter your phone number
  3. Receive the SMS code
  4. Enter the code

8. How do I pay for a listing?

To boost your listing, you can use the following services:

  • Featured
  • VIP
  • Premium

Payment method:

  • Visa / MasterCard

The service is activated instantly after payment.

9. How can I change my phone number on a listing?

Send an email to info@herelden.com.

Include the following in your email:

  • Listing number
  • Old number
  • New number

10. How do I open a store (corporate page)?

Send an email to info@herelden.com.

Your message should include:

  • Your phone number
  • Store details

Your request will be reviewed shortly.
